ORDERS

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

ZÉRONE reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability.

PRICES & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on our website are in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available at checkout. Your order will only be processed after successful payment.

SHIPPING

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

You may return eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all original tags attached.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.

PRODUCTS

We aim to display our products, colours and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Minor variations in colour, material or finish are not necessarily considered defects.
